    3. Purchase a BLACKOUT card for an additional $50.

  2. Using the “submit entry” button below, attach a photo or scan of your completed bingo card. Include your name, phone number and email. Missing information will result in an incomplete entry. All entries must be received by 10:00pm on Friday, December 4, 2020.
  3. We will draw two (2) winners (one Bingo, 1 Blackout) and announce them live on Facebook and Instagram on December 7, 2020.

OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY:  The WIN Women’s Small Business Bingo Drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 and older at the time of entry. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER:  To enter, purchase a Drawing Bingo Card (the “Card”) from the Moore Chamber of Commerce (the “Sponsor”) during the Entry Period (as defined below), fulfill the requirements described in these Official Rules, and submit a completed card to the Moore Chamber of Commerce for entry into the Prize Drawing (as defined below).

There are 2 qualifying possible entries:

  1. Completed Card indicating Bingo (“Bingo”). Bingo requires five (5) squares marked at participating locations (the “Locations”) printed on participant’s Card, indicated and arranged in a straight line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal).  Once Bingo is achieved, the Card will be deemed “complete” for purposes of this Drawing and participant can submit the Card to Sponsor for entry into the Prize Drawing.
    1. “BINGO” cards are only eligible for the Bingo drawing.
  2. Completed Card indicating Blackout (“Blackout”). Blackout requires all twenty-five (25) squares marked at participating locations (the “Locations”) printed on participant’s Card.  Once Blackout is achieved, the Card will be deemed “complete” for purposes of this Drawing and participant can submit the Card to Sponsor for entry into the Prize Drawing.
    1. “BLACKOUT” cards are only eligible for the Blackout drawing.
A completed Card must be submitted to the Moore Chamber of Commerce “submit entry” by the date and time as indicated under “WIN” above in order to be eligible for the Prize Drawing.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person – each card must be purchased and can not be re-used or copied.  Entries delayed or received after the expiration of the Entry Period will not be accepted and will be destroyed.  All entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. A selected participant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries.  Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries.

PRIZES: Bingo prize consists of a package worth up to $100. Blackout prize consists of a package worth up to $200. Prizes are non-transferable.

ODDS:  Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION:  Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing (“Prize Drawing”) from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor on or about the date and time as indicated under “WIN” above conducted by Sponsor or its authorized designee.  All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period will be entered into the Drawing.  Prize winners will be notified within five (5) days after the Drawing via phone call.  No substitution of any Prize permitted.  Sponsor may substitute any Prize or any portion thereof for one of equal or greater value due to unavailability.  Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s name and prize won for purposes of advertising, online posting and publicity without additional compensation.

GENERAL:  Participation and entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes participants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, including, without limitation, participant’s consent to receive email messages from Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices (including the use of automated entry programs), may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering and participating in the Drawing, participants release the Drawing Entities from all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of in connection with the Drawing or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prizes, including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, and you agree that the Drawing Entities have not made, and are in no matter responsible for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Drawing and/or any Prize or the use thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing release, the Drawing Entities are not responsible and will not be liable for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Drawing, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Drawing; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, traffic congestion on the internet or the Website, or the failure of any email or mail to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason; (c) theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries or the Website; (d) any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems; or (e) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer hardware and/or software related to or resulting from participating in the Drawing.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, Drawing participant agrees that, by entering the sweepstakes, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of in connection with the Drawing or Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; any claims judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Drawing but in no event attorney’s fees and under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain any award for and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out of pocket expenses. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oklahoma without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Oklahoma or any other jurisdiction). Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Drawing without liability and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its operation as contemplated by these Official Rules, including but not limited to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Drawing. In the event that this Drawing is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including but not limited to any federal or state governmental authority), Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Drawing, as applicable, or to disqualify any participants residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable. In such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
