Cancellation and Refund PolicyPolicy Hub Image

The Moore Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit 501(c)(6) organization, strives to carefully manage its budget to ensure the success of its programs and events. Due to pre-committed food and beverage costs, an RSVP requires payment unless specific guidelines, outlined below, are followed.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Moore Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations. If a registration is refused by the Chamber, a refund will be provided.

Event Cancellation by the Chamber
Occasionally, the Moore Chamber may need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment, severe weather, or other conditions that make the event impractical. If the Chamber cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund. In the event of a postponement, participants can choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.

Registration Cancellation by Participants
To receive a refund:

  • Individual tickets: Requests must be made no later than 24 hours before the event.
  • Table or program sponsorships: Requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the event.

Cancellations submitted after these deadlines will not qualify for a refund. Refunds will also not be issued for registrants who register but do not attend the event.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by the Chamber before the stated deadlines. Refund requests must be initiated by the attendee or the credit card holder and should include:

  • The name of the attendee
  • Business name
  • Event name

To cancel your registration, please email the event organizer or call (405) 794-3400.

These policies apply to all Moore Chamber events unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event materials. Please review individual event details carefully.
